Please follow the step-by-step instructions on this page to ensure you are onboarded onto The Way Project  quickly and efficiently and we can get this show on the road.

Step 1: Watch short the video below.

Step 2: Complete the consultation form 👇

NOTE: Please complete this with as much detail and accuracy as possible. The more accurate you are here, the more precise I can be with your programming.

Step 3: Complete the Coach Client Promise 🤝

NOTE: This details out the agreement between coach and client, and coaching can not commence without this being agreed.

Step 4: Watch the Trainerize App and Check-in process video 📲

NOTE: This is a fundamental part of the coaching process Please watch this video to find out how to get the most out of our time working together.

You'll receive an email inviting you to use Trainerize once I have set you up as a client≥

Step 5: Look out for an email off Trainerize App  ✅

NOTE: This is the app you will be using for a lot of our communications, your training programme as well as daily logging and links to completing your weekly check-ins. 

Step 6: Join the private Facebook Group ✅

The Way 180

NOTE: This is a hidden private group so search for the above and await permission. This will be the place for live content such as Q&A, workouts and educational pieces.

Step 7: Join the members only area of the website. The sign-up and login tab is in the header of this (and every) page on the site. 

NOTE: once you've signed up you will receive an email to confirm. When you have actioned this I will authorise your membership and you will have access through the same login tab..

Step 8: Finally, before you go…. Please can you download or screenshot the image below and share it to your Instagram & Facebook Story. It really helps me attract new incredible clients & athletes that are just like you!
