I am passionate about training groups of motivated individuals working towards a common goal and I have lots of experience in this field.

Sports specific strength and conditioning is offered on a bespoke basis and is made up of:

  • Face to face sessions, either at my facility or yours.

  • Pitch based sessions

  • Remote individual training programmes.

  • Preseason training programmes.

  • Fitness assessments

Currently the Strength and Conditioning Coach for:

  • Bowdon Hockey Club Men's 1st XI Team (National League Hockey)

  • Bowdon & Hightown Ladies 1st XI (National Premier League Hockey)

  • Oxton Hockey Club Men's 1st XI (Northern Premier League Hockey)

The Way also caters for teams and groups wanting to improve teamwork, leadership and motivation using:

  • military fitness exercises

  • battle PT

  • command tasks

  • conflict resolution

  • team challenges

These can be a one off session or a series of sessions.
