From my experience I have found that being 100% on top of training but having poor nutrition will make achieving any fitness goals very hard if not impossible. On the flip side however, with spot on nutrition and just a little well directed training these goals become a lot more achievable. The point is basic, nutrition really is the foundation for a successful fitness programme. Without sound nutritional intake improvements in physical performance, weight loss, weight gain and health improvements will be limited.


The Nutrition Way is a package designed to give you all the knowledge required to take charge of your own nutritional intake.


Alongside the theory is a 3 week nutrition plan containing different nutritional techniques to increase your experience and knowledge. From these 3 weeks we will be able to identify what worked for you, what didn't and therefore write a plan specific to you.
